Application Process

Thank you for applying to the Columbia University Global Scholars Program Summer Research Workshop.

ALL STUDENTS: Please submit all of your application materials by Friday, April 5 at 5:00PM in order to be considered for the program.

 Interview Times**: Selected students will be invited to interview between March 27th - April 1st. You must be available to interview during this time period for 30 minutes.

Important note about passports: If you do not have a valid passport (good for 6 months past the visa application date), please apply for one immediately. Do not wait to see if you are accepted to the program to apply for a passport. You may need to expedite your passport application so that you will be able to submit the appropriate passport information by the stated deadline.

Please be aware of the following restrictions:

 Students may take no more than 8 points in any Summer Session or in overlapping periods, and a maximum of 16 points for the entire summer.
 You must receive a grade of C- or better to receive Columbia College credit for the program. Pass/Fail grades are not acceptable.
