Receiving Your Diploma
In order to have the degree conferred and recieve a diploma, each student must complete and sign the following paperwork to be given to the student affairs program officer at the Institute.
Degree application deadlines are as follows:

| May | December 1 |
| February | November 1 |
| October | August 1 |
The MARSEA Degree Audit Form and the Application for Degree or Certificate must be submitted to the Institute's student affairs program officer prior to the deadline.
