Welcome to all alumni of the Weatherhead East Asian Institute! As one of thousands of alumni of the WEAI, you are part of a large, diverse, and distinguished group of individuals involved in East Asian affairs. You contribute your expertise in the academic, government, NGO, private, and nonprofit sectors.
We hope that you will continue to attend Institute events like brown bags and policy forums, or that you will become involved with alumni clubs in East Asia and elsewhere. Alumni often return to the WEAI to participate in career panels or to speak to student groups. We appreciate and encourage your continued involvement with the WEAI and with your fellow alumni.
Alumni now have access to our East Asia-related career and internship listings on the opportunites page. To obtain the username and password, please send an email to Celia Bhattacharya at cb2462@columbia.edu with your name and year of graduation.

The Institute welcomes the opportunity to connect with alumni with whom we may have lost touch and to assist them in any way possible.
If you or your organization are interested in recruiting for an internship or other position focused on East Asia, the Institute can assist you by announcing the position to alumni, current students, or fellows.
The Institute also welcomes your offer to participate in career panels and other events for students learning about careers in the field, as well as suggestions for new programming about East Asia.
