The goal of the Columbia Festival of Winds is to provide students with the opportunity to make music a part of their lives as we have made it a part of ours. All proceeds of the Columbia Festival of Winds will go directly to creating an after school music performance program in a New York City District 5 public school that has no existing music program. This will be called CUWE's 'Making Music Matter' Program.
