Dear all,
Thank you very much again for volunteering for Girls Science Day 2008 this year!  

For experiment leaders: Please submit a short description of your experiment to Elizabeth Pierce  to post on the website. Also, please make sure you contact your experiment partners to discuss the details of the experiments before the end of next week.

For chemistry related experiments, please contact Teresa Jacques to place supply orders by 5pm on Monday, October 13 . For non-chemistry related experiments, please contact Michelle Lynn Hall if you need help to order supplies as soon as possible.  

For ALL volunteers including undergraduates, there is a mandatory lunch meeting on October 31st to setup for the event.   For experiment leaders, we must use the time wisely and gather all supplies and review experiment protocol if you haven't done so already.   For undergraduate volunteers, we will be reviewing the traveling route and schedule for your assigned group of girls. Lastly, for all volunteers, we will be distributing T-shirts at this meeting.  Everyone must be prompt to the meeting so that we can get things done quickly!
