Technical Recruiter



The Technical Recruiter is responsible for management of the full candidate lifecycle process, development of sourcing and recruitment strategies; partner with hiring managers and others within the organization; development of new ways to market position openings; must have the ability to interface effectively with the HR Executive Director; strategize with teammates to accomplish weekly business goals; work closely with central HR and other internal stakeholders; conduct reference checks, background checks, package developments and offer/rejection letters; develop a fully-supported on-boarding experience for new employees; develop metrics; perform other related duties and specific projects as assigned. Minimum qualifications are a Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus a minimum of four (4) years technical recruitment experience required. Experience in development of position needs and interviewing skills. Must be detail-oriented with excellent communication, listening, interpersonal and organizational skills. Computer proficiency (Word, Excel) required. Must have the ability to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality and diplomacy at all times. Must be capable of working independently with little supervision, as well as serve as a productive team member. Must be able to multi-task.
