How to Get Help from CUIT

22 Jun 06

Confused about how to contact CUIT? Don't worry, we can still be reached just as before! Please note that the currently published methods for contacting CUIT remain the same (see below), while future improvements and consolidations in services will be implemented as seamlessly as possible. Also, no matter how you contact us today, and regardless of the subject matter, we will route your questions and requests to the appropriate area, as opposed to suggesting a different way to contact us.

Please refer to our interim web site (see below) for information about CUIT services and links to familiar resources such as CubMail, WebOutlook, UNI account management, and CourseWorks.

One of CUIT's primary goals is to make it very simple for you -- students, faculty, and staff -- to get help or find information. Over the coming months, CUIT will be working to improve the quality and effectiveness of information we disseminate through our web site, our online newsletter, and other publications. At the same time, we will look at ways to streamline how you can submit inquiries and questions to us, whether by phone, in person, or online. Most important, it is our intent to ensure that your questions and problems are fully resolved.
