New Helpdesk Hours Announced

The CUIT Client Service Center will expand its availability, effective immediately, to the following hours:

Help Desk (212-854-1919)
Monday-Thursday: 8am-11pm
Friday: 8am-7pm
Saturday: 10am-6pm
Sunday: 3pm-11pm

Client Service Center @ 102 Philosophy Hall is open for walk-in support and consultations by appointment: Monday-Friday: 10am-6pm

The Help Desk services provided include:

  • Email configuration and troubleshooting
  • Network connectivity troubleshooting
  • Most ID/login issues
  • Escalation of major system outages
  • Reporting and status of an existing outage or problem
  • Appropriate referral and tracking of any other IT-related issue or request
