Parallel, wavy and crossing lines: amalgamation of two turbidite sandstone beds, with load lobes and flames along the contact (upper right). In the lower bed, three levels (a, b, and c divisions of the "Bouma Sequence") can be recognized, from base (left) to top: structureless sand, plane-parallel lamination (with dark, carbonaceous laminae), and cross-lamination with climbing foresets.
