This World Leaders Forum program titled, Art and State: Arts Policies and Practices in the United States and France, will feature a conversation between Antonin Baudry, Cultural Counselor, French Embassy in the U.S., and Rocco Landesman, Chairman, National Endowment of the Arts.  The conversation will be followed by a question and answer session with the audience.

Introduction by Carol Becker, Dean, School of the Arts, and moderated by Shanny Peer, Director, Maison Française.
