C.U. at the Movies: Graduate School of Journalism

Tuesday, April 24, 2012 - 8:00pm - 10:30pm
Columbia University Morningside Campus Rotunda, Low Memorial Library

University Programs & Events and the Graduate School of Journalism present "C.U. at the Movies." This event will feature the Oscar-nominated film Good Night, and Good Luck. The film stars George Clooney as CBS News Producer Fred Friendly, who later held the Edward R. Murrow Professor of Broadcast Journalism post at the Graduate School of Journalism. Preceding the film will be a welcome and introduction by Fred Friendly's widow, Ruth Friendly. (Due to language and content, films are intended for a mature audience and may not be suitable for children. Viewer discretion is advised.)

Please be advised that, due to rain, this event has been moved to the Rotunda of Low Library. Complimentary popcorn and beverages will be offered.

Co-sponsored by the Graduate School of Journalism.

If you require disability accommodations, please contact the Office of Disability Services (ODS) at 212-854-2388 or disability@columbia.edu after you receive an email confirmation of your event registration.
