Moral Interventionism: The Gas Question & Syria

Evidence of chemical weapons use in Syria, and the following push for humanitarian intervention, raise questions about the legitimacy and practicality of military intervention on moral grounds. This roundtable discussion addresses the issue of moral interventionism from the perspectives of political theory, international security, and the history of peacekeeping.
