Spring Leadership Summit 2013 - Leadership: The Daring Dialogue
www.springleadershipsummit.com
The Spring Leadership Summit is a series of four workshops developed to foster
the personal leadership growth of Teachers College and Columbia University
students, staff, and community members; preparing them to lead effectively
across their varying roles and contexts. The Summit is organized by members of
the Organizational and Human Development Consulting Club (OHDCC) and the
Organizational Leadership Association (OLA) and is sponsored by the Teachers
College Vice Presidents Diversity and Community Initiatives Grant Fund.
Four sessions are intended to highlight specific leadership qualities,
attitudes, and behaviors that can be immediately applied in the organization,
classroom, and home. The interactive and collaborative nature of this
initiative will allow participants to learn from experts in the field of
leadership studies as well as from one another.
