The Earth Institute presents the second in the 2012-2013 Sustainable Development Seminar Series on Technology Policy and Global Warming, with Richard Nelson, George Blumenthal Professor Emeritus and Professor Emeritus of Business and Law, School of International and Public Affairs, Columbia University, Director, Program on Science, Technology and Global Development, The Earth Institute and Bhaven Sampat, Associate Professor, Department of Health Policy and Management, Columbia University, Mailman School of Public Health.
