Network Models
We sample training data for undirected graphs from six growth models, one scale-free static model (Kim), the Small World model and the Erdos-Renyi model. Among the six growth models two are based on preferential attachment (Barabasi, Bianconi), three on a duplication-mutation mechanism (Sole, Klemm, Flammini), and one on purely random growth (Callaway).
For directed graphs we similarly train on two preferential attachment models (Krapivsky, Krapivsky-Bianconi), two static models (Grindrod, Kim), three duplication-mutation models (Kumar, Middendorf-Ziv, Vazquez) and the Erdos-Renyi model.Detailed descriptions:
