Course Requirements

Assignments: The following written assignments are required for the course:

1. One to two page description of thesis topic. Due in class September 13.
2. Literature review of selected topic. Due in class October 11.
3. Conceptual Framework. Due in class October 25.
4. Research Methodology. Due in class November 15.
5. Planning Implications. Due in class November 22.
5. Final paper. Due in my mailbox the date of the scheduled final by 5:00 p.m.

Note: Late papers will not be accepted.

In addition to the written assignments listed above exercises will be assigned throughout the semester that will be discussed in class.� These exercises will be posted on the class website.

Grading: Grades for the course will be earned according to the following weights:

Topic paper:�� 12%
Literature Review:� 12%
Conceptual Framework: 12%
Research Methods: 12%
Planning Implications: 12%
Final paper:� 25%
Class participation: 15%

Keep in mind that grammar and punctuation are an important part of your grade for written assignments.
