  • Create a model of a chemical cycling through the Hubbard Brook ecosystem in New Hampshire (Stella, systems modelling software)

Lunch/Siesta

Exercise 11: 

  • Refine and evaluate Hubbard Brook model
(6:00-8:00 — B2 Food Run)

Evening assignment:

 
  Note: Morning departure for 3-day field trip. 
Pack food, gear, and field equipment for 3 days (2 nights)
Carry all water needed for first 1.5 days (through midday Weds)

[Notes: Pack food and gear for 3 days.
            Wear boots & hat.  Bring snacks, water, NHSD book, journal, flashlight, suncreen.
            Coolers available in vans.]

Preliminary tour of the site and explanation of field practical
