Homework:
	Homework will be assigned each week, but will not be collected or graded.

Exams:
	First Term Exam	Friday, October 3
	Second Term Exam	Friday, November 7
	Third Term Exam	Monday, December 8

	Only the scores on two of the Term Exams will be used in grading the 
	course.  The lowest Term Exam score will be dropped.  However, if you 
	miss a Term Exam, your grade will be based on your scores on the 
	remaining two.  There will be no make-up exams.

	All exams will be closed book.  The Final Exam will be comprehensive, 
	covering material from the entire semester.

Grading:
	Term Exams	50% (25% each, for two best scores)
	Final Exam	50%
