DO NOT GO TO THE UNDERGRAD OFFICE
(HAV 318) TO CHECK YOUR FINAL GRADE. YOU WILL
BE ABLE TO VIEW YOUR EXAM UNTIL NEXT TERM!!!!!!!
The announcement we made right after your final (that you
your grade from the undergraduate office this
week) was a mistake!!!
HOW DO YOU GET YOUR GRADE? The earliest you can find out
your grade for the final and the class is by logging
on to Columbia
student services on-line (here,
or from the main Columbia web site).
You must enter in your university ID and password.
Your grades are
posted here by the main registrar some time during
probably after Christmas.
WHAT IF I WANT TO SEE MY FINAL TO VERIFY MY GRADE?
You can NOT see your final until AFTER winter
break. WE WILL
ANNOUNCE AT NEXT TERM WHEN YOU CAN VIEW YOUR
FINAL. You can submit a regrade next semester if we
made a grading
error. If the regrade affects your final grade for
the class, the grade will
be retroactively changed. If you
want to discuss your grade, talk to
DR. VENKATARAMAN NEXT semester.
CAN YOU EMAIL ME MY GRADE? No, we can not accommodate
requests to email you your grades. You must wait
until the grades are
posted through the main university system.
HAVE THE FINAL EXAMS BEEN GRADED? Yes, all finals were
graded on Wed. Dec. 17. All grades for the course
will be submitted to
the main registrar by Fri. Dec. 19.
