Congenital Epulis of the Newborn
					• Relatively rare, seen in neonates(at birth), of unknown origin, with proliferation of mesenchymal cells. • Equal distribution between mx and md. • Females > males. • Usually firm, pedunculated,pink, smooth, solitary. • Tx - often regress with time, but may need to be excised, recurrence is uncommon.
