Fibrous Epulis
					• Most common exophytic lesion, also called fibroma and pyogenic granuloma if infected. • Usually an unusual response to plaque. • Commonly seen on interdental papillae, usually pink (red -yellow). • Can be firm or soft • Tx - improvement of oral hygiene, removal of irritant, surgical excision, can reoccur.
