"This is a cartoon published in the 1830s or 1840s from the original plate, so I think it should be referred to as a 'restrike'. It shows 'Scotch Harry's News or Nincompoop in High Glee', by James Gillray, published by H.Humphrey in 1792. This one celebrates the defeat of Tippoo Sahib, Sultan of Mysore,  by General Cornwallis. Gillray at his wicked best!"
