- brahma = atman (the Self)
- [ultimately real (paramartha-sat)]
- avidya (nescience) = maya (illusion)
- [not describable as real or unreal
(sad-asad-anirvacaniya)]
- prapanca (phenomenal universe)
- [unreal or only conventionally real (vyavaharika-sat)]
