There will be weekly problem sets, one midterm, and one final examination. Both examinations are closed book. The final grade is based solely upon: Problem sets 15% Midterm Exam 35% Final Exam 50% Problem sets are due at the beginning of each class with no credit accorded to late homeworks. Assignments are to be submitted by groups of three (one paper per group). |
