Second from right its Gyula Horn, who led the Socialist government in the second post-communist elections in 1994. As foreign minister, Horn presided over the cutting of the barbed wire on the Austrian-Hungarian border.

A popular rumor during the first post-communist elections was that none of the five politicians in the poster had time to meet, and that in order to get the poster out in time the politicians' faces were pasted over those of stand-ins.
