Eamon Kircher-Allen is pursuing a Master of International Affairs at Columbia University, with a concentration on International Media and Communications. He received a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from the University of California at Berkeley, where he wrote his senior honors thesis on Pentecostal Christians from Ghana living in Oakland, California. After working for a year at the Department of Elections in San Francisco -- his hometown -- Eamon spent 2005 and 2006 in Damascus, Syria, where he worked for the UN Resident Coordinator's office.
