Provided fifteen (15) offices with technical training and assistance to their new and existing Fortune 500 customers. Initiatives at these sites included: pre-sales, successful installation of software and application consulting, product training, project plans and estimates, monitoring progress of project personnel, and maintaining a good relationship with the clients The efforts generated in excess of $5M sales.

Electronic Data Systems (EDS)/General Motors(1985-1989)

Developed and maintained and internal decision support tool that aided corporate planning in determining sales, forecast and capacity planning for all General Motors facilities. Key achievements include:

• Creation of an accounts payable/receivable information database system for reconciliation within all General Motors divisions and nameplates. Developed training course and users manual.
• Received (3) promotions
• Achieved first-in-class in corporate education program
