Welcome to Adlearnville!
In the spirit of the continuing growth and change that characterizes those who espouse and practice lifelong learning, this site is designed to be ever evolving. The framework is intended to introduce the visitor to the adult learning community of Adlearnville.
Adlearnville is home to numerous locations which are sites for adult learning. However, these sites can be grouped into two major categories: resources and models.
The resource sites are the library and consulting firm. The library contains a glossary of adult education terms and a listing and annotated bibliography of books and websites. This is not intended to be an exhaustive listing but an ever growing collection of resources. The consulting firm contains video snippets of noted adult educators and sample student projects about adult education theories and theorists.
The model sites include the numerous venues where adult education occurs within the community. These will contain examples of student adult education training projects developed for that particular audience. All student projects are presented with the student’s permission and with the credits and contact information about the author.
