New TSO Kermit

Dear Daphne:

I am sending you our changes to TSO/MVS Kermit.
They were not done by me, but by Charles Painter who is
our Series/1 expert.

The file I am sending has 4 pieces:
    ETOA
    KERMIT
    TGETCN
    TPUTCN
NB: the Dynalloc code was not modified.

I trust you should be able to add this support to the CMS
Kermit without too much difficulties.
