Subject: Sanyo Kermit BWR

An entry for the Sanyo Kermit BWR file: if highlighted text comes out
also underlined on a monochrome, Sanyo-mode screen, try adjusting the
screen colors.  SET TERM COLOR 0 2 31 seemed to fix the problem for me.
However, after doing this, the status line is no longer in inverse
video.  Just another detail to worry about when I get around to
making a 2.31 version.
