The OS/2 C-Kermit distribution diskette contains a mixture of text and binary
files (.EXE's, .DLL's, .INI's, .INF's, etc) and may be ordered by mail from
Columbia University (see below), or ftp'd from kermit.columbia.edu in binary
mode, directory kermit/archives, file cko190.zip.

The source files are the same as for UNIX, plus:

  cko*.def
  ckoker.msb
  ckoker.mak
