Please join the Harriman Institute for a lecture by Michael Kraus (Middlebury College). Michael Kraus is Dirks Professor of Political Science at Middlebury College and a Visiting Fulbright Professor at the Institute for Political Studies, Faculty of Social Sciences, Charles University, Prague. His publications includeIrreconcilable Differences? Explaining Czechoslovakia's Dissolution; Russia and Eastern Europe After Communism: The Search for New Political, Economic, and Security Systems, as well as numerous articles in Current History, Journal of Democracy, Foreign Policy, Politique Internationale, and elsewhere. His most recent contribution appears in the just published Cambridge Encyclopedia of Transitional Justice. Co-sponsored by the Center on Global Economic Governance.
