Here are PDF versions of the coursepack. You can also buy
a bound copy of these materials at Printing Services in the SIPA building.
There will be four sections to the coursepack, and total charges for the
bound copies are capped at $50. Please note that whichever version of the
materials you choose to use, you are expected to have a copy available to
you for reference during class discussion.
Please do not share these materials with persons outside of the class; in
most cases doing so would violate rights of the copyright holders. Continued
availability of these materials depends on your cooperation with these restrictions.
