The Cynic is IN.

I'm Ariel Glenn, programmer for the AcIS R&D group at Columbia.

I do Web authentication methods, fool with the secure Web server, work on methods for doing commercial transactions, run the Columbia Certification Authority, such as it is, and collect stats on web performance on the side.

I also have a running list of our machines and web server pools, which keep changing with the seasons.

If you are a member of AcIS R&D, you can login in with your regular username and password to use our internal documents.

Entirely unrelated to work is a collection of paintings done by my grandfather, a wild and crazy sort who even did some prison time when he was a kid, although I outdid him on that score.

Here you can also find some cooking notes for my dad and a little bit of origami.

I am no longer maintaining the Onassis Center website. It's been about a year now ad we still have *no volunteers*. Please, if you think you might have some time to spend on this worthwhile project, send mail to Peggy Sotirhou with your contact information. The site is badly out of date and needs your support!

A few helpful hints are available for beginning HTML users.

If you have plenty (i.e. too much) time and your hands and nothing better to do than read some rants, so be it! Or perhaps you would prefer some rudeness.

Otherwise, visit some other places and tell me how they were when you get back.
