You can find the addresses of your political leaders (in the United States, at any rate) to write them or call them about ending the war. Representatives... Senators... and the White House.
A nation-wide call-in is underway, from April 19 through April 23; call the White House with your ideas on how to bring peace to the Balkans (rather than bringing bombs).
Doctors Without Borders has people actually *in* Kosovo working to get relief in for displaced persons, both ethnic Albanians and Serbs. Please support their effort; you can reach them at 1-888-392-0392. (Or you can visit their web site.)

The American Friends Service Committee has resources about the war and is also organizing a relief effort.
