Malá Strana - Lesser Quarter

Malá Strana is Prague's most perfectly preserved historic quarter. The baroque churches and cobblestone streets are so beautiful that the movie "Amadeus" was filmed here. Malá Strana has pubs, restaurants, and jazz clubs so it is a popular destination among tourists and locals. Many foreign embassies are located among the baroque palaces here.

The pictures in this section start at Dražického náměstí near the base of the Charles Bridge, continuing through Malostranské náměstí (Lesser Town Square). We proceed uphill along Nerudova Street which turns into Üvoz Street. The journey continues back downhill along Loretánská Street and we end up back at Malostranské náměstí.
