420-499: In DDC, arranged by languages like 820-899: thus 420-429 English,
430-439 Germanic, 440-449 French... ; and then like language table (5): 421
Writing, 422 Etymology, etc.  All this was moved into 820-899 to go next to
literary works in each language.  Thus for example DDC 420 becomes 829, DDC
421 becomes 829.1, DDC 422 becomes 829.2, etc.
