Cinar is a 4th year PhD student at Columbia Business School. Currently, he has been working on "Revenue maximization for cloud computing services" with Prof. Costis Maglaras, and "Achieving maximal overlap in observational studies with a 1:k variable matching ratio" with Prof. José Zubizarreta.

Cinar has received his BS degrees in Industrial Engineering and Computer Engineering from Middle East Technical University (METU), Ankara, Turkey in June 2010 and 2011, respectively. [Resume]
