Campaign Game

For those of us not involved in CCSC, class elections can seem trite and uninteresting, so LE:MON Party is bringing a bit of flavor to this year's campaign. Test your wits with the easy-to-play Campaign Game. For each category below, find the item that's NOT part of our platform.

Here's an example for the category of campaigning:

1. Cut down on paper usage by not using flyers.
2. Make the process fun with games like the Campaign Game.
3. Get as many rules violations as we can.

The answer here would be 3, because we do NOT want to get as many rules violations as we can. That would get us disqualified! Got it? Alright, here we go…

Category: "Keeping more than the lawns green"

1. Institute dorm carbon credits as we move towards a wind-powered Columbia.
2. Improve the LEED rating on buildings in Manhattanville!
3. Start up the cyclotron under Pupin and use it to power the school. SEAS can handle the specifics!!!

Category: "These are my going-out knickerbockers."

1. Parties getting shut down, overfilled bars…John Belushi wouldn't stand for this, and neither will we. Fight, and win, the War on Fun!
2. Combine Lerner Pub with your favorite Sunday meal, and you get Lerner Brunch! Sip mimosas with Dean Quigley!!!
3. JJ's Place is great, but wouldn't it be better if it was on the MOON? Zero-gravity JJ's, open 24/7!

Category: "Beyond these gates."

1. So you're going to be an ibanker. Great. But the rest of us want jobs too! Improved career education, especially for service, NGOs, and the arts!!
2. What goes best with free food? How about a side of optimism. Intimate dinner's with recent successful graduates.
3. Flex Off Campus is great, but why stop there? No Limit Flex, so you can swipe a nice apartment, a new car, or even a private jet!!!
