PRISM 6.0 Training


The PRISM training package consists of three components:

Preparation for Trainer-led sessions.
Trainees read the Training Manual prior to the training sessions.

Trainer-led session. This session focuses on the diagnostic concepts, structure, and conventions of the PRISM. The session includes didactic and role-play components. Training on the complete PRISM requires a 2-day training session.

Interviewer certification. Trainees submit an audiotaped full-length PRISM interview. The trainer will provide written feedback after review of the tape and the coded PRISM. Trainees are PRISM certified once they have completed at least one audiotapeof a full-length interview that has been approved by the trainer.
