After release from the Army I lived in Washington DC at 1715 19th Street NW for six or seven months. It's the three-story townhouse with dormer roof between the two brick townhouses. These are all Google street and satellite views. The somewhat larger Georgian brick building on the corner was the Ghanaian Embassy. DuPont Circle is two blocks to the right, as shown in the last image.
