Painting "Christmas Homecoming" by Norman Rockwell, Arlington, Vermont,
1948. Peter grew up in Arlington, and Rockwell lived there too. Peter's
Mom is 3rd from right on top holding Peter's brother Donny, with brother
Chuck looking on in front. Rockwell himself is looking on too, next to
Peter's Mom, and the embracing couple are Rockwell's son and his wife.
Grandma Moses is second from left with the lace collar, and next to her with
the glasses, another of Rockewell's sons. The two girls with red dresses
are actually the same girl. Rockwell gave this painting to Peter's parents
and it hung in their Arlington house for many years.
