Here is the final result: the couscous mixed with vegatables and meat in the
collecting pot... 8 or 9 pounds of food! At the last minute, I also
squeezed in the juice of 1½ lemons and mixed in a whole jar of
Mezzetta deli-sliced roasted red peppers.
Taste it and see if it's OK. Adjust the seasoning if necessary. If it's
too dry, add some broth or wine or juice and mix again. If some things are
too crunchy, you can cook it, covered, on low heat for a little while.
