Fuck the Bullshit - Baltimore - New Years Eve 1996 Without a doubt, Fuck the Bullshit in Baltimore was one of the most fun parties I've gone to in five years of partying. The music was slamming, hard and even sometimes scary (c/o Dr. Skinner.) The people were for the most part very friendly (with a few notable exceptions.) The venue was a cool smallish club with lights, good sound (didn't need the earplugs until the very end of the night) FREE soda and water (big ups for that!) but however an excess of smoke-machine smoke (if you don't have lasers DON'T use smoke!!!!! :( ) I'll pretty much leave it to that -- but I loved hearing such good music -- my first experience with happy hardcore in other than mixtapes (D-Cypol! word! - oh and I didn't know that was you JOE I wish I said hello Mr. MC :) ) and I also wish I heard minimal and detroit techno out more -- both styles have real soul. Thanks Chia and DSP) As for netters I met or knew, let's see: Josh/EMC and Randy/Asterix who I rode down with, Skinner, Steve/Velure (Mr Security - NICE tie ;) ), Bob/bobbert, Jon/Kodak, Danny/Tranced, YY, Karyn, Misty, DSP/Garret, Chia/Brian, Bliss/Jamie, Dana/Kelym, Krista/Glittergal, Illiyum, Alex/Misery and Karen/Kittyn If I missed you - next time introduce yourself goddamit! ;) In anycase, then next time we fuck the bullshit, please join us or you'll be missing out!
