| About
three weeks after the collapse of the World Trade Center, a vacant store
on Prince street opened to the public with images of the Trade Center.
There are images before, during, and after the attack. They show the devastation
of human despair. Soon the store was filled up with images that people
donated and the space adjacent to the original store. People started to
pouring in having waiting in line for more than 20 minutes. There seemed
to be a strong desire to watch these images as a need to communicate these
shared experiences. |
