Robert Indiana's LOVE
At the corner of 55th street and 6th avenue sits a large sculpture. It was Robert Indiana's LOVE, created between 1966 and 1999. The subject has now become part of the American icons as it appears in chocolates, rug, paper weights, stamps, etc. The same sculpture, with different colors or sizes, can also be seen at Philadelphia, Vancouver, Tokyo and Singapore. As Pop goes, it is now an international symbol.
