Irene Lo

I am currently a 5th year Ph.D. student in the Industrial Engineering & Operations Research Department at Columbia University. I am advised by Jay Sethuraman and Jacob Leshno. I am on the academic job market this year.

My research is in the areas of marketplace design and matching markets. I currently work on informational problems in matching market design, with a focus on school choice mechanisms. I am also interested in mechanism design for social good, graph theory, and games on networks. I graduated from Princeton University in 2013 with an A.B. in mathematics.
