Jun Kyung Auh

I am a fifth-year Ph.D. candidate in the Finance and Economics division at Columbia Business School. My main research interest is the effect of financial frictions on firms' decisions within an empirical and theoretical setting. Specifically, I have been working on changes in credit rating standards over the business cycle and their implications, and how firms optimally choose their liability structure in the presence of "run risk". Prior to joining the doctoral program at Columbia Business School, I was an exotic option trader at Deutsche Bank in New York.
