Dr. Liao's lab is interested in studying dynamics of biomolecules in shedding light on molecular mechanisms of cellular activities. The lab integrates the strengths in theoretical modeling, molecular and cell biology, and advanced imaging techniques to address biological problems. There are three specific research directions of the lab:

3. High-resolution imaging of protein dynamics
