JASON P. KELLY

Welcome to my site! I am a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Political Science at Columbia University. I study American politics; my research interests include legislative and judicial institutions, public opinion and elections. My dissertation examines how redistricting and the efficient allocation of industrial resources across congressional districts can be, and are, employed to increase electoral and legislative success. David Epstein is my advisor.

This site includes a page with pieces of Visual Basic and Visual Basic for Applications code, which visitors may feel free to incorporate (for non-commercial purposes) into their own programs or functions to be carried out in free-standing Apps or Excel.
